Customs & Duties:

For orders shipping to Europe and Canada, please be aware that customs duties and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If customs payment is refused and your order is returned to Resqo, you will receive a refund once the order is tracked as "Returned to Sender," minus 15% of the order value to cover shipping and handling fees. The customer is responsible for managing the release of parcels from customs. Resqo holds no responsibility in customs-related matters.

Any order that is destroyed by customs is subject to a 50% refund.

Missed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses:

While Resqo covers initial shipping costs, if a delivery is missed, an incorrect address is provided, or the parcel is refused at customs and subsequently returned to us, your refund will be processed minus the incurred shipping costs. If you prefer your order to be resent, additional shipping fees will apply.
